Raiders Equipment Manager Bob Romanski

Sunday afternoon, the Oakland Raiders hosted the Buffalo Bills at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum, eventually felling Rex Ryan and Co. 38-24. Although the win was important, it was also a special day because players around the league were able to represent a cause through the "My Cause, My Cleats" campaign.

Players were granted the opportunity to show their support for a variety of causes with elaborate illustrations on their cleats. For the Raiders, equipment manager Bob Romanski has been a member of the organization for nearly 20 years and played an important role in designing a half dozen commemorative cleats for the Week 13 matchup.

His dedication, support, and loyalty to the franchise are unmatched, and earned him the honor of lighting the Al Davis memorial torch prior to kickoff.  If you'd like to read the full story on Romanski you can view it here.
