Tight end Pharaoh Brown
It was a productive Day Three for the members of the Oakland Raiders currently in Napa, Calif., as they continue progressing through the team's pre-camp activities. The rookies have been utilizing their time to bond and further understand the team's playbook, as well as prep themselves for the arrival of the veteran players Friday.
In the second round of the 2017 NFL Draft the Raiders selected freakishly-athletic safety, Obi Melifonwu out of the University of Connecticut. At 6'4" and 224 pounds, he boasts a unique combination of size, speed, and overall athletic ability. Wednesday afternoon, the team signed him, and officially make him a member of the squad.
As we draw closer to the Raiders first training camp practice Saturday afternoon, and see AP Defensive Player of the Year Khalil Mack, running back Marshawn Lynch, wide receiver Amari Cooper, and others, take the field, don't forget to get caught up on all things Silver and Black at Raiders.com, Twitter, Instagram, or Snapchat (raidersofficial).
