ALAMEDA, Calif. – The Oakland Raiders have re-signed LS Jon Condo, the club announced Monday.

Condo will return to the Raiders for his 11th season in 2017 after serving as the team's long snapper since 2007. He originally joined the team's practice squad in 2006 after stops with the Dallas Cowboys and the New England Patriots. Condo has played in 160 games over his career.

The 6-foot-3, 240-pounder has handled the majority of the long-snapping duties for the Raiders over the past 10 years, playing in 141 straight games from 2007-15 before a shoulder injury forced him to miss the final three games of 2015. Over his career, Condo has earned two trips to the Pro Bowl, coming in 2009 and 2011.

Last season, Condo played in all 16 games for the ninth time in his career, becoming the 19th player in franchise history to play in at least 155 games. He helped K Sebastian Janikowski to his fourth-highest single-season point total and P Marquette King earn Associated Press All-Pro Second Team honors.

The Philipsburg, Pa., native attended Maryland, where he appeared in 50 consecutive games and helped the Terrapins to three bowl game appearances.
