Ingold signed with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent in 2019 and in three seasons appeared in 41 games with 11 starts. He totaled 28 receptions for 239 yards and three touchdowns – one being the first Raiders touchdown in Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas during the Raiders' inaugural 2020 season. He was named the team's Walter Payton Man of the Year nominee in 2020 and was named a Pro Bowl alternate in 2019.
