Reece joined the Raiders as an undrafted rookie free agent out of Washington in 2008. After spending most of the year on the practice squad, he was added to the active roster in late December 2008. He was added to the practice squad after training camp in 2009 and signed to the active roster in late December 2009. In all, Reece played in 92 games with 67 starts and gained 844 yards on 185 carries with 3 TDs, and caught 205 passes for 2,015 yards and 12 TDs.  Reece was selected for the Pro Bowl three times.
