Brock Bowers was announced Tuesday as a finalist for the 2024 Pepsi Zero Sugar NFL Rookie of the Year award.
The Raiders' 2024 first-round pick led all tight ends in receptions (112), receiving yards (1,194) and yards after catch (596) this season. He also recorded the most receptions by a rookie in a season all-time and the most receiving yards by a rookie tight end in NFL history.
Along with Bowers, the other five finalists for the award are Jayden Daniels (Washington Commanders), Bucky Irving (Tampa Bay Buccaneers), Malik Nabers (New York Giants), Bo Nix (Denver Broncos) and Brian Thomas Jr. (Jacksonville Jaguars).
The winner will be selected via fan vote on nfl.com/rookies. The voting period ends Friday, January 31. The award winner will be recognized during Super Bowl week in New Orleans and presented with a custom, Pepsi Zero Sugar-themed trophy.
