Meet Raiderettes Meena, Asha, Aimee, Holly and Donya at Watsonville High School, 250 East Beach St, Watsonville, Calif., on October 16th from 4:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. for the Cheers 4 Cures Mini Clinic.
The CHEERS 4 CURES event will serve as a major fundraiser for the Watsonville High School cheer team and will honor National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, with part of the proceeds going to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. All cheer teams are invited, as are private participants.
The clinic consists of training with the Raiderettes, a complimentary lunch and a special performance with the Raiderettes. Participants will recive a CHEERS 4 CURES T-shirt and a pink ribbon.
According to the Register-Pajaronian's web site, the cost for cheer team participants is $20, while the cost for private participants is $25. Participants must be at least 7 years old. The fee for spectators is $10 and $12 at the door. Sponsorships are available for $100. Sponsors will be listed on the event T-shirt and mentioned in the Register-Pajaronian.
