The Oakland Raiders congratulate Diana as the "Raiderette of the Week," sponsored by Bud Light. Diana is in her second season with the Raiderettes and has had many memorable experiences over the last two years. Her favorite moment of the 2011 season was performing in front of the sold out crowd during pregame of the home opener versus the New York Jets. "We worked so hard on our dance routine, Give Me Some Loving, and to finally be able to perform it in front of the sold out crowd gave me the biggest adrenaline rush that I have ever experienced in my dance career," said Diana.

She also fondly remembers performing with the Junior Raiderettes last year on Halloween to "Thriller" and watching how much fun they were having on the field. She also enjoyed the Raider Nation Celebration, seeing fans interacting with the Raiderettes, coaches, and players in one fun setting.

The second-year veteran graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in communications. "My goal is to be able to utilize my Bachelor's Degree in Communications by becoming a spokesperson for a successful corporation," said Diana. "In addition, I would like to complete my Master's Degree in Communications."

Diana enjoys going to the gym and hanging out with friends. She recently picked up cooking as a hobby and likes learning how to make her grandma's favorite recipes - her favorite dish is lemon pepper chicken. She is also known for being able to put a smile on her teammates' faces even when they're having a bad day.

Diana also enjoys spending time with her family. One of their favorite spots to go is Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco.
