Four Takeaways From Head Coach Jack Del Rio's Friday Press Conference

Another Fast Friday in the books.

Following the team's final practice before they fly to San Diego to take on the San Diego Chargers, Head Coach Jack Del Rio held his usual Friday press conference.

Here are the highlights from his remarks.

Head Coach Del Rio gave an update on the health of defensive lineman Denico Autry.

"He had cleared, yeah. Yeah, he cleared and you know he had some symptoms reoccur. So we're just going to air on the side of caution. Leave him here, let things settle down."

He also spoke about the depth of the Raiders defensive line.

"Always concerned whenever you can't have all your guys go, but we're 'next man up' mentality. We'll have a rotation ready to roll."

Head Coach Del Rio is happy to have Taiwan Jones back in the fold.

"He's a good football player, we're glad to have him back. He's had a good week of practice."

Keenan Allen has evolved as a wide receiver since arriving in San Diego.

"I think he's established himself as a real talent at the wide receiver position. When guys come into the league, they're all prospects and when you look at the college tape, he was really good in college. It's not totally surprising, but not everybody works out the way he has. I mean he's worked out, a really good player, fits perfectly in their system."
