With 4:00 remaining in the third frame, Carr found TE Jared Cook on second-and-13 from the Washington 21-yard line for their first touchdown connection as teammates. The drive lasted two plays and totaled 18 yards in :47 seconds, following a LB/DE James Cowserfumble recovery on a muffed punt.
Carr finished throwing for 118 yards 19-of-31 passing with one touchdown.
TE Jared Cook
Cook hauled in his first receiving touchdown in the Silver and Black uniform when he and QB Derek Carr connected from 21 yards out. The score was the first of the ball game for the Raiders.
Cook recorded four receptions for 43 yards (10.8 avg.) with 21-yard long and one touchdown.
Defense
LB/DE James Cowser
Following P Marquette King'ssixth punt of the night, WR Jamison Crowder muffed the catch at the Washington 9-yard line, where Cowser recovered the ball on the 18-yard line. Two plays later, the Raiders scored their first touchdown of the night from 21 yards out.
Cowser recorded another takeaway in the fourth quarter, following aLB Cory James forced fumble on the Washington 11-yard line (recovered at the 12).
Cowser finished the night with three tackles (two solo) on defense in addition to his two recoveries.

James recorded his second career forced fumble that was recovered by the defense, the team's second takeaway of the night.
James finished as the leading tackler on the evening with 12 stops (six solo), adding one forced fumble.
DE Khalil Mack
With 12:44 left in the second quarter and on third down, Mack recorded his second sack of the season, good for a 9-yard loss. The sack by Mack marks consecutive games getting to the quarterback.
Mack finished the night with nine tackles (five solo) and one sack for nine yards.
Special Teams
P Marquette King
King entered Week 3 leading league in punting average (54.0 avg.), and began his night with four boots of 50-plus yards in the first half, flipping the field position for the Raiders' defense.
King punted a total of seven times in tonight's game, pinning four inside the 20-yard line and averaging 52.7 yards per kick.
King has averaged over 50 yards per kick in each week thus far in 2017.
K Giorgio Tavecchio
Following a LB/DE James Cowserfumble recovery, Tavecchio added his first field goal of the night from 22 yards out. His field goal brought the score to 24-10, Redskins.
Tavecchio finished perfect on the evening, knocking in his lone field goal and PAT.
Tavecchio is six-of-six kicking field goals on the season and nine-of-nine on PATs.
