Punter Marquette King
The Oakland Raiders enjoyed a well-deserved bye this weekend, with players and coaches getting a little time away from the facility before returning for the stretch run of the 2016 regular season.
Some players went out of town for the bye, including punter Marquette King, who descended upon New York City for a few days in his first visit to the Big Apple.
During his time on the East Coast, the KickSquad President spent some time with the cast of "Good Morning Football," breaking down all things Raiders in a way that only he could.
Look, at this point we all know that Marquette is one of the best punters in the NFL, but how we would he fare if he was forced into placekicking duties? You can find out below.
During his time on the air, Kay Adams and the rest of the Good Morning Football cast asked No. 7 about his now-famous dance moves. So where does King find inspiration for his dances? YouTube? Music videos? Well, the answer just might surprise you.
Over the past several weeks, Marquette King has seen his star rise, in large part due to his impressive 2016 campaign, but no doubt aided by the success the Silver and Black have found as a whole. However, while the charismatic punter is no doubt enjoying his time in the limelight, he's made a concerted effort to bring some shine to his fellow specialists across the league as well.
The work begins in earnest again for the Silver and Black when they return to work Wednesday morning at their Alameda, Calif., facility, but that doesn't mean that in their time away from work, the players didn't get to have some fun because King certainly did.
