Upon Further Review: Vontaze Burfict

Once again, free agency was the main topic of this week's edition of "Upon Further Review."

After making big moves in the first week of the NFL league year, Mike Mayock and Jon Gruden were back at it this week, re-signing Dwayne Harris, and Trent Sieg, while also signing Vontaze Burfict, Nevin Lawson, and versatile lineman Jordan Devey.

Speaking of Mr. Burfict, the physical linebacker joins Eddie Paskal for a few minutes to chat about his relationship with defensive coordinator Paul Guenther, what he plans on bringing to the Silver and Black, and why signing with the Raiders was the right move for him at this point in his career.

"He [Guenther] was originally my linebackers coach my rookie year for Cincinnati, and just as soon as I walked in the building, we clicked," said Burfict. "He taught me how to play the game in the NFL at a high level, understand the playbook, be a leader, be a vocal leader, understanding where everybody's at on the defense. It helped me tremendously. Like I said, when he left, I felt like a lost soul."

Following Burfict's interview, Eddie, Producer Trav and special guest Matt Walks (filling in for Kyle Martin) handle the heavy lifting during "Victory Formation," discussing – among other things – the masterpiece that was Dwayne "Gucci" Harris's free agent signing photo, and their early impressions of Vontaze Burfict.

Also, Matt introduces a fun game that tests just how well Eddie and Trav know the Raiders roster on social media.
