Bob Romanski

Biography

Bob Romanski enters his 52nd season with the Raiders, 43rd as a full-time employee. He has served as the Head Equipment Manager since 1995. He is responsible for overseeing, purchasing, and maintaining all football, player, coaching, and staff equipment needs. He also coordinates the transport of all team gear for training camp, home and away games. 

Romanski grew up working Raider summer training camps as a kid for his father, Richard Romanski, who was the first Head Equipment Manager for the Raiders, until he took over the role. He was instrumental in the design of the Allegiant Stadium locker room, as well as player locker room and equipment sections of the Intermountain Health Performance Center in Henderson. 

Romanski was born in Milwaukee, Wisc., grew up in San Leandro, Calif., and currently lives in Henderson. He is happily married to his wife of 32 years, Cecilia. Together they have two children, son, Lucas, 29 and daughter, Abbey, 26.
