Brad Goldsberry enters his second season with the Raiders as Director of Football Systems. Prior to his time with the Silver and Black, Goldsberry served as the Director of Football Research/Analytics for the Chicago Bears, working primarily with the scouting department and coaching staff. 

A native of Elizabeth, Colo., Goldsberry graduated from MIT with a bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering and played wide receiver for the Engineers. Outside of football, Goldsberry is involved with the Greenhouse Scholars program and the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.
