Biography
Brandon Yeargan enters his second season with the Raiders as the Director of College Scouting. He spent the previous nine seasons with the New England Patriots and was a part of three Super Bowl-winning teams. He originally joined the Patriots as a scouting assistant in April 2013. Yeargan spent five seasons as an area scout and the last three seasons as a national scout. Prior to New England, he spent 2011 and 2012 at the University of North Carolina, earning his master's degree in sport administration. In 2011, he worked for the football staff as a recruiting intern. In 2012, he served as a recruiting graduate assistant, in addition to working with the offensive coaching staff in various roles.Â
A native of Charlotte, N.C., Yeargan graduated from Davidson College with a bachelor's degree in sociology. Yeargan was a three-year letterman as a Linebacker. He and his wife, Stephanie, were married in the 2017 off-season. Yeargan and his wife have one daughter, Haley.
