Christian "X" Howard is entering his eighth season as the Vice President of Corporate Partnerships with the Raiders and is a 32-year as a sports management executive.  Howard joined the Raiders in 2016 to spearhead the Corporate Partnership department's move to Las Vegas.  Currently the Raiders hold a top-5 place in corporate partnerships with the NFL.  Prior to the Raiders, Christian spent 25 years with the Los Angeles Clippers. 

Christian earned a bachelor's degree in marketing and advertising at Arizona State University. He is an avid sportsman, who still plays competitive soccer and occasionally basketball. Christian and his wife, Traci, live in Green Valley and have 2 sons, Hunter and Brophy.
