Curtis Knox II enters his first season as an Area Scout with the Raiders after two seasons as a Player Personnel Assistant.  Prior to his time with the Silver and Black, Curtis spent three years (2019-21) as a scouting assistant for the NFL Combine and National Football Scouting (NFS). He has also worked in player personnel for the Indianapolis Colts (2017) and Ohio State University (2018). Prior to working in football, Curtis worked in the front office for the WNBA Dallas Wings during their inaugural and sophomore seasons. 

A native of Lake Como, Texas, Curtis played collegiately at Sam Houston State and graduated from Texas Tech University. Curtis graduated from All Saints Episcopal School in west Fort Worth, Texas, where he was a part of a state championship team in 2008. Curtis has 6 Siblings, Calvin, Curtyce, Constance, Faith, Jordan, and Tawny. His sister Curtyce Knox played collegiate Basketball at Texas A&M University. Curtis has one daughter, Kimis Nicole (3).
