Derek Haithcock returns to the Raiders in 2023, entering his first season as the teams' Manager of Team Travel and Logistics. In 2022, Haithcock served as Assistant to the Head Coach with the Denver Broncos. He joined the Broncos after three years at Cal, serving as the Golden Bears' Director of Recruiting Operations from 2019-21. He worked in numerous football operations roles with the Silver and Black from 2008-18, beginning his career as an intern before serving as the Assistant to the Head Coach.  

A native of Apex, N.C., Haithcock attended the University of North Carolina-Greensboro, graduating with a bachelor's degree in business management. Haithcock and his wife, Cristina, have three children: Reign, Dean and Carolina.
