Heather DeSanto is entering her second season with the Las Vegas Raiders as Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining the Raiders, DeSanto spent 23 years as a progressive Human Resources leader in hospitality and gaming with her most recent role as the Senior Vice President, Human Resources for The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. DeSanto lived abroad in Singapore for eight years where she last served as the Vice President, Human Resources for Marina Bay Sands, an integrated resort. In her current role, DeSanto drives organizational effectiveness though various Human Resources initiatives and supports management on all major initiatives impacting employees, while developing relevant Human Resources programs and strategies.

A Bay Area native, DeSanto was born and raised in Santa Cruz, Calif. She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration (management) from San Jose State University and, in 2015, attended an executive leadership program at the INSEAD Asia Campus in Singapore. DeSanto currently resides in Summerlin/Las Vegas, Nev., with her husband, Nick, and son, Chase. She enjoys traveling and wildlife/outdoor photography.
