Jay Chess is entering his 18th season with the Las Vegas Raiders and his fourth as Vice President of Allegiant Stadium Tours & Group Sales. Before assuming his current role, Chess most recently served as the VP of Ticket Sales & Service for five seasons, during which the club sold out each game of his tenure. He originally joined the Raiders in 2006 as a Ticket Sales Representative. In his current role, Chess oversaw the creation and development of the 12-time award winning Allegiant Stadium Tours attraction.  He is responsible for managing the comprehensive guest experience, marketing, driving revenue growth, staffing, and the strategic development of the Allegiant Stadium Tour business.  

A Bay Area native, Chess earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Chico State University. He currently resides in Henderson, Nev., with his wife, Jen, and his son, JJ.
