Kyle Caballero enters his ninth season with the Raiders and his sixth season as Midwest area scout. He served as an in-house scout from 2015-17 after signing with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent quarterback back in 2012. Between his stints with the Silver and Black, Caballero worked for a cognitive sports training startup and played quarterback in the Austrian Football League for the Prague Black Panthers. 

A native of Gilbert, Ariz., Caballero graduated from Brown University with a bachelor's degree in business economics and played quarterback for the Bears. Caballero's mother, Stephanie Caballero-Gray, raised him and his two sisters (Ashley and Courtney) on a dairy farm. Stephanie lives in Arizona with Kyle's stepfather, Charlie Gray. Caballero currently resides in Phoenix with his wife Chelsea and their two children: daughter Blake and son Grady.
