Larry Delsen has served as a member of the Raiders Board of Directors for the past nine years. He has been a trusted advisor to the Davis family for five decades. He is a Certified Public Accountant and most recently has been charged with overseeing the financial function of the Raiders organization as a working member of the organization's Board of Directors. He has extensive financial and business management experience. Delsen is also the CEO of the WNBA Las Vegas Aces and Managing Partner of Delsen & Company LLP.

Delsen graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting. He spent his early professional years servicing numerous Wall Street clients. He is currently a resident of Las Vegas. He also maintains a home in San Diego, California where he raised his three children with his wife of 45 years, Sherry.

Larry and Sherry's family are Marcy and her spouse Isaac, Matt and his wife Maryam and Scott and his wife Chelsea. They also have six grandchildren—Joey, Alyssa, Bennett, Landon, Layla and Merrick.
