Biography
Michael Crome, in his third season as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for the Las Vegas Raiders, possesses over two decades of leadership experience in accounting, financial analysis and strategic planning, forecasting and business analytics.
Prior to joining the Silver & Black, Crome was a partner at Sorelle Capital and was Vice President of Finance, Planning and Analysis at Pinnacle Entertainment, and Vice President, Finance, Budgeting and Planning at Caesars Entertainment. He started his career as a consultant for Accenture specializing in business strategy.
The Columbus, Ohio native received a bachelor's in accounting from the University of Akron and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. As a graduate student, he spent a semester in Hyderabad, India studying the dynamics of doing business in the world's fifth largest economy and most densely populated country.
Crome and his wife, Chaka, have one daughter, Brie. An avid runner, Crome completed the World Marathon Challenge in 2019, finishing seven full marathons in seven continents over seven days. Michael is a member of the Executive Committee of the Las Vegas Super Bowl Host Committee. He was appointed by the Governor to serve on the Nevada Economic Forum and serves on the board for Communities in Schools of Nevada, and on the Vegas Chamber Board of Directors. He also served as Chairman of the Board for Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada.
