Piper is in her third season with the Las Vegas Raiders. As Senior Vice President of Government & Community Relations, Piper operates at the intersection of policy, sports, and community. She leads the club's local and state legislative efforts to advance initiatives and engage stakeholders around the organization's strategic business priorities. Piper oversees the Raiders' community impact efforts, philanthropic giving, and football development initiatives.

Since her youth, Piper has been driven by a strong sense of community. She is committed to volunteerism and currently serves on local nonprofit boards. She is also active in community-based organizations such as the Las Vegas Chapter of Jack & Jill of America Inc. and the NAACP. Piper is a proud alumna of Hampton University and the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
