Zahir Rahman is entering his fourth season with the Las Vegas Raiders and his first as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel. He previously served as the Vice President, Assistant General Counsel for three years. Zahir oversees and advises on day-to-day business operations for the team and Allegiant Stadium. Prior to joining the Raiders, Zahir was an associate in Covington & Burling's Corporate Sports Practice (2018-2020) and in Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom's Project Finance Group (2015-2018). 

Zahir was born and raised in Baltimore. He received a bachelor's degree, summa cum laude in political science and government from Wake Forest University (2010) where he was named a finalist for the Rhodes Scholarship and was awarded a Fulbright Research Scholarship (Morocco). He received his JD, cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (2015). He currently lives in Henderson, Nev., with his wife Maggie and their three young children.
