Please ensure your device software is up to date to access your mobile tickets and add to wallet.
Experiencing issues accessing your mobile tickets? Log out of your Raiders account and log back in. If that does not work, report it with our digital support form.
Open the Raiders + Allegiant Stadium App and tap on ACCOUNT on the bottom of the navigation bar.

Next, tap the MANAGE MY TICKETS button.

Sign in using your Raiders Account email address and password.
First time logging in? Enter your email address in the email field and the system will check to see if you have an existing Ticketmaster account. If you see a message that says "Email Not Found" you will need to sign up with a new Ticketmaster account. Proceed to Step 4 for assistance creating a Ticketmaster account.
Once you have successfully signed in, you will be able to use the same username and password for other Account Manager sites and Ticketmaster.com
Creating An Account
Fans will be required to use a Ticketmaster account to sign in to Raiders Account Manager. Enter your email address in the email field and the system will check to see if you have an existing Ticketmaster account. If you see a message that says, "Email Not Found", you will need to sign up with a new Ticketmaster account.
Step 4
Tap NEW TO TICKETMASTER? SIGN UP to create a Ticketmaster account.
Step 5
Enter the required field then, tap NEXT. You will then be prompted to select either text or call to get your one-time code then, tap NEXT. Enter your one-time code, and tap CONTINUE.
Step 6
Once you have created a Ticketmaster account and you have returned to the Raiders sign in page, please log in using your email address. You may be prompted to reset your password.
Accessing Your Tickets

Once you have logged into your account through the Raiders + Allegiant Stadium App, tap on VIEW EVENT DETAILS of the event you want to view the ticket(s) for.

Select the ticket(s) you want to add to your mobile wallet.
Step 9
Next, select ADD TO WALLET.
Step 10
Locate your ticket in your mobile wallet and display to be scanned.

Transferring Your Tickets

Once you have logged into your account through the Raiders + Allegiant Stadium App, tap on your event to view your ticket(s), then tap TRANSFER.
Step 12
Next, select the ticket(s) you'd like to transfer, then tap CONTINUE.
Step 13
Select ADD A NEW RECIPIENT to add the recipient's contact information.
Step 14
Enter the recipient's information, tap SAVE.
Step 15
Lastly, select the recipient you'd like to send the ticket(s) to then tap TRANSFER and you're all set.
When transferring ticket(s) you will receive two (2) emails: one confirming your ticket(s) have been sent and another when your recipient accepts the ticket(s) you sent. Your recipient will also receive an email prompting them to accept your tickets.
Once the ticket transfer has been accepted, the ticket(s) in your account, as well as your printed commemorative tickets, are no longer valid and you will not be able to get into the event with those tickets.
Those receiving a ticket transfer must have an account. If they do not have an account, they will be required to create one when they accept the ticket(s).
Selling Your Tickets

Once you have logged into your account through the Raiders + Allegiant Stadium App, tap on your event to view your ticket(s), then tap SELL and select the ticket(s) you'd like to list.

If you haven't already, create your Seller Profile, then select CONTINUE.
Step 18
Set the price and listing cutoff.
Step 19
Last, choose your payout method then tap LIST TICKET.
