The Raiders support girls youth and high school flag football year round through camps, leagues, and premier events. The Raiders Silver & Black Flag Football Leagues introduce girls to the game in a fun, team-oriented environment. Launched in 2024, through partnership with the UNLV School of Public Health, the Raiders/UNLV Sports and Health (RUSH) empowers girls to lead mentally and physically healthy lives. The 'Inspire' program highlights high school flag football through showcase games, achievement recognition, and the Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association Flag Football Championship. The annual All-Star Weekend celebrates top talent and provides a platform to elevate the sport. Through these initiatives, the Raiders are dedicated to growing girls in football, fostering leadership, teamwork, and development.
