By the Numbers: Key statistics behind the Raiders' Pro Bowl contenders

Voting for the 2025 Pro Bowl Games is underway and a number of Raiders players are in contention to make the trip to Orlando.

Here are some key statistics and numbers to know on five Pro Bowl hopefuls from the Silver and Black.

TE Brock Bowers

With three games to play, Bowers has already set a new NFL record for receptions in a season by a rookie tight end and he's chasing more milestones by the week.

Among all NFL tight ends, Bowers ranks first in receptions (90), receiving yards (968) and yards after the catch (485), and is tied for first in receptions of 10+ yards (39). He also sits at second in receiving first downs (47) and is tied for ninth with four touchdown receptions.

The NFL Offensive Rookie of the Month for November is one of only five players in the NFL this season with 10+ receptions in three different games.

Bowers and Pat Freiermuth are the only tight ends in the NFL with multiple catches in each of their team's games this season.

DE Maxx Crosby

It's no secret that Maxx Crosby is one of the top defensive players in the entire league. In 12 games played this season, the three-time Pro Bowler is tied for second in the NFL in tackles for loss (17).

He is one of only eight players in the NFL (five in the AFC) with 3+ tackles for loss in multiple games. His TFL per game average of 1.42 is first in the NFL.

In addition to his 7.5 sacks (T-14th), he is also tied for fourth in the NFL in passes defensed among defensive linemen (five).

Prior to announcing he would miss the final four games of the regular season, Crosby had played 446 consecutive snaps, the longest streak for a defensive lineman since 2016.

LB Robert Spillane

As defensive coordinator Patrick Graham describes him, Robert Spillane is the "mouthpiece" in the middle of the defense for the Silver and Black.

The former Western Michigan Bronco leads the Raiders and is tied for eighth in the league with 126 total tackles. His seven games with 10+ tackles are tied for the second most such games in the NFL this season. They are also tied for the second most double-digit tackle games in a single season in Raiders history.

Spillane is tied for first among NFL linebackers with two interceptions. One of those takeaways came in the third quarter of the Raiders win over Baltimore and led to an Alexander Mattison rushing touchdown.

He is one of just five players in the NFL this season with 100+ tackles and 2+ interceptions.

K Daniel Carlson

Now in his seventh season with the Raiders, Carlson is having a strong year for the Silver and Black. He is sixth in the AFC in made field goals (26) and field goal percentage (83.9%, min. 30 attempts). Carlson's six made field goals from 50+ yards are tied for fifth in the AFC. Across the entire NFL, Carlson is tied for third in games with a perfect field goal percentage (10).

In the fourth quarter, Carlson is 8-of-9 on field goals. His eight fourth-quarter field goals rank third among AFC kickers.

In Week 2, Carlson connected on a game-winning 38-yard kick to beat the Baltimore Ravens on the road.

P AJ Cole

Similar to Carlson, AJ Cole has been a core member of the Raiders special teams unit and is looking to get back to the Pro Bowl for a fourth straight season. Through 14 games, Cole ranks third in the NFL in gross punting average (50.8, min. 30 punts).

When it comes to pinning teams deep in their own territory, Cole is tied for third in the AFC in percentage of punts downed inside the 10-yard line (18.5 percent). He is also third in the AFC in punts downed inside the five-yard line (4).

Cole has recorded 13 punts of 60+ yards in 2024, the third most in the NFL.
