For the first time in over a month, the Oakland Raiders lit the Al Davis Memorial Torch at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum; and who was there to do the lighting? Former Raiders defensive end Greg Townsend.
The former Raider played 12 years in the Silver and Black, totaling three interceptions, four touchdowns, 13 forced fumbles, seven fumble recoveries, two safeties, 107.5 sacks, and 338 tackles; he's also the team's all-time sack leader. Sunday, Townsend was honored to light the torch, and took center stage at the OACC to kickoff the games pregame festivities.
