Jon Gruden has dominated headlines for a couple of weeks now, and understandably so, given his return to the Oakland Raiders. From the sideline, to the broadcast booth, back to the sideline, the 54-year-old head coach has been busy; not just piecing together his coaching staff, but evaluating film, and even getting in some media time with NFL analysts and local reporters.
Wednesday afternoon, Gruden hopped on the phone with ESPN personalities Trey Wingo and Mike Golic to discuss the early stages of his reunion with the Silver and Black, as well as the team's future. He also dove into his hunt for assistant coaches, and shared what that process has been like.
