"The Shield" is one of the more recognizable logos in sports, and currently representing the Shield overseas are Raiders linebackers James Cowser and Shilique Calhoun. The duo are spending time in China, mentoring aspiring youth football players, and experiencing all the country has to offer. While there, Cowser and Calhoun have been documenting their interactions, as well as experiences; let's take a look at what the two have been up to.

Episode 1:Cowser and Calhoun learn some new dance moves, participate in some variation of Badminton and Hacky Sack combined, and take plenty of selfies.

Episode 2: Next, the pair of Raiders linebackers hung out with some kids, signed autographs, and experienced the local cuisine.

Episode 3: After trying some of the food in China, the next step was to try making some of their own. Following their time in the kitchen, the two attended a CBA game, and met up with former NBA player Jimmer Fredette.
