Q: Frank Gore has been in the league a really long time, what has he done that has been able to give him such longevity and make him so good at what he does?**
Moore:"He's just been a good back. I think he does a good job running the ball hard and well, and that's what you have to do when you play the position. We just have to make sure we do what we have to do to take care of that and match that intensity."
Q: Can you speak to the rivalry and what this game means?
Moore:"I can't. I've never played in it. It's going to be my first one, so I'm going to give it everything I've got and prepare for that."
Q: How exciting is it to play against a guy like Colin Kaepernick?
Moore:"He plays quarterback. There are a lot of other quarterbacks in the league. Respect the team. We're going to go in there and play our game. We're not going to look at it as another quarterback that's a name. It's a team that we have to go beat."
Q: Is it more difficult to play against a mobile quarterback versus a pocket quarterback?
Moore:"Either one, it doesn't matter which one on any given Sunday. It doesn't matter if it's a pocket thrower or a running thrower, if you don't execute, either one can beat you. It doesn't matter what type of quarterback it is. It matters that there's a team we have to play and we have to get ready to prepare for to defeat."
Q: What jumps off the screen when you see No. 7 [Colin Kaepernick] on film?
Moore:"It's not about nothing jumping off the screen. It's just about executing. They do something, they're going to try do something to put up points and we're going to do what we do to have them not put up points. It's not about an individual player. Whatever one person does is going to be the benefactor of ten other guys."
