Six NFL analysts weighed in on the debate and four of them said that Oakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr is the NFL's top under-25 signal caller.
Hall of Famer Deion Sanders, former wide receiver Nate Burleson, former head coach Steve Mariucci, and former running back Maurice Jones-Drew picked Carr as the league's top quarterback under 25 years of age.
Carr, who set several Raiders rookie marks a year ago, has completed 103 of 162 pass attempts for 1,171 yards, 8 TDs and just 3 INTs so far this season.
The discussion included Minnesota's Teddy Bridgewater, Jacksonville's Blake Bortles, Tennessee's Marcus Mariota, Tampa Bay's Jameis Winston, Cleveland's Johnny Manziel and Buffalo's EJ Manuel.
