After missing practice for the entire week both tackle Matt McCants and Menelik Watson have officially been ruled out for Sunday's game. For the second-straight week tight end Mychal Rivera will be inactive. Rivera has appeared in 48 games with 1221 receiving yards, along with 9 touchdowns in his career.
