The Raiders have signed free agent DL Ryan Baker, General Manager Reggie McKenzie announced Monday.
Baker, entering his fifth NFL campaign, played in 17 games over four seasons with the Miami Dolphins. His career totals include seven tackles (five solo), a half-sack and one pass defensed.
The 6-foot-5, 302-pound Baker entered the NFL with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent in 2009 out of Purdue, where he lettered four years and was a four-time All-Academic Big Ten selection. To create space on the roster, the Raiders waived/injured NT Johnny Jones.
