The Raiders offense had 342 net yards, averaging 6.7 yards per play.
The defense recorded one sack, two tackles for loss, two quarterback hurries, two passes defensed, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.
The defense held the Broncos to their lowest scoring total of the season thus far, having previously scored 49 and 41 points.
QB Terrelle Pryor had his best passing game of his four regular season starts, completing 19 passes for 281 yards and a touchdown. He added 36 yards rushing on four carries.
WR Denarius Moore was Pryor's favorite target, making six catches for 124 yards, including a 73-yard catch and run for a touchdown.
RB Darren McFadden recorded a perfect passer rating, tossing a 16-yard touchdown pass on a halfback option to FB Marcel Reece. He also scored a 1-yard rushing touchdown.
LB Kevin Burnett and FS Charles Woodson led the team with 10 tackles each.
Burnett forced a fumble recovered by CB Mike Jenkins.
DE Lamarr Houston recorded the Raiders lone sack of Broncos QB Peyton Manning, causing a fumble, which was recovered by DE Jason Hunter. Houston also had a quarterback hurry and a forced fumble.
Hunter, in his return to Denver where spent the previous three seasons, recorded four tackles, a tackle for loss, a quarterback hurry and a fumble recovery.
P Marquette King punted six times for 315 yards, averaging 52.5 with a net of 43.5. King has recorded at least one punt of 50.0 yards in his first three games as a professional. He also leads the NFL in gross punting average, 50.7 yards per punt.
S Usama Young led the team in special teams tackles with two.
