The Oakland Raiders extend our heartfelt condolences to the family of Mo Collins who passed away today.
Collins was originally selected by the Raiders in the 1st round, 23rd overall, of the 1998 NFL Draft out of the University of Florida.
The Charlotte, N.C.,-native played in 71 games with 64 starts from 1998-03. He was a member of an offensive line that blocked for the NFL's best rushing offense in 2000, was a member of three straight AFC Western Division Championship teams, the 2002 AFC Championship squad and started at right guard in Super Bowl XXXVII.
