The Oakland Raiders are mouring the passing of former Raiders executive Al LoCasale.

"The Raiders are saddened by the passing of longtime executive assistant Al Locasale, whose relationship with the organization spanned more than three decades," Raiders Owner Mark Davis said. "He is an integral part of our history and he helped articulate the mystique of the Silver and Black. Our thoughts are with his family at this time."

LoCasale worked for more than 50 years in football at every level, including 34 with the Silver and Black. LoCasale retired in 2003.

Late Raiders owner Al Davis had a six-decade association with LoCasale, dating back to when the two were at the University of Southern California in the late 1950s.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife Jananne and sons Nicholas and Alexander during this most difficult of times.
