The Raiders will open the preseason at the Arizona Cardinals, marking the first time since 2012 that the Raiders have played a preseason contest in Arizona. It will be the second straight year playing the Cardinals, as Arizona traveled to Oakland last year. The Raiders will travel to Green Bay for the second time in three years for their second game, playing the Packers at Lambeau Field in Week 2.
The Silver and Black will then return home for two straight preseason home games for the first time since 2010. For their third preseason game, the Raiders will be on national television for the third straight year as they host the Tennessee Titans on CBS. The game will mark the first time the Raiders will host the Titans franchise in the preseason since 1992 when they were the Houston Oilers. Oakland will finish up its preseason slate against the Seattle Seahawks for the 11th straight season. Eight of those 11 games to close the preseason have come in Seattle, but this is the second time in three years that the Raiders will host the Seahawks in Oakland.
Non-nationally televised preseason games in 2016 will again be produced in-house by the Emmy-Award-winning Silver and Black Productions, and will air locally on KTVU FOX Channel 2/KICU Action 36. Raiders.com provides additional program listings and carries exclusive year-round coverage of the organization.
All games will be broadcast locally on the Raiders radio flagship, 95.7 The GAME, and its affiliate stations.
Preseason times and specific dates will be announced at a later date.
