The Oakland Raiders signed free agent safety Chinedum Ndukwe on October 18, 2011.
Entering his fifth year in the NFL, Ndukwe played four seasons for the Cincinnati Bengals, playing in 53 games and registering 257 tackles (181 solo). He also recorded 18 passes defensed, six interceptions, three forced fumbles and 7.5 sacks.
Ndukwe saw action in 46 games, starting 25, at Notre Dame, and finished second on the team in tackles as a senior.
