The Oakland Raiders have signed free agent TE Kevin Boss who played for the New York Giants from 2007-2010. Boss arrived at the Raiders Napa Valley Training Complex Friday evening and is scheduled to address the media early Saturday afternoon.
He has played in 58 league games with 45 starts since entering the NFL as a 5th round selection in the 2007 NFL Draft.
Boss had a key reception in the Giants Super Bowl XLII win over the New England Patriots.
The 6'6", 255-pound Western Oregon product recorded 35 catches for 531 yards and five touchdowns last season. He has 119 career catches for 1,600 yards and 18 TDs in four NFL seasons.
