The Raiders have signed free agent T Tony Pashos, General Manager Reggie McKenzie announced Monday.
Pashos, who is entering his 10th NFL season, has appeared in 92 games (70 starts) over his career for the Baltimore Ravens, Jacksonville Jaguars, San Francisco 49ers and Cleveland Browns. He has also appeared in three postseason contests, starting all of them.
The 6-foot-6, 325-pound Pashos was originally selected by the Baltimore Ravens in the fifth round (173rd overall) of the 2003 NFL Draft. He started 47 games at the University of Illinois, where he was a two-time first-team All-Big Ten honoree.
To create space on the roster, the Raiders released T Alex Barron.
