The Oakland Raiders traded wide receiver Louis Murphy to the Carolina Panthers for an undisclosed conditional draft choice, the team announced Monday.

The transaction is the second trade consummated between the two teams this offseason, with the Raiders obtaining running back Mike Goodson in exchange for offensive lineman Bruce Campbell on March 30.

Murphy entered the NFL as the Raiders' fourth-round selection (124th overall) in the 2009 draft. He played in 41 games with 19 starts in three seasons with the Silver and Black, totaling 90 receptions for 1,371 yards and six touchdowns. He established career highs with 41 catches for 609 yards in 2010.

The Raiders open training camp in Napa, Calif., this weekend with rookies and veterans reporting Sunday and the first practice taking place on Monday. The team opens the preseason on ESPN Monday Night Football Aug. 13 against the Dallas Cowboys at O.co Coliseum. The Raiders begin the regular season on Monday Night Football, Sept. 10, at home vs. San Diego.
