General Manager Reggie McKenzie
Reggie McKenzie has been on a hot streak.
Over the past several seasons, he's selected a franchise quarterback, arguably the best defensive player in the NFL, and completely transformed the Oakland Raiders roster into one the more talented groups in the league.
Oh, and he was integral in convincing Marshawn Lynch to jump out of retirement, and put on the Silver and Black.
McKenzie has been hauling in the hardware over the past few months, and the PFWA Executive of the Year has now been recognized as No. 4 on the Sporting News list of top GMs in the game.
"He has done everything right since, including this offseason, pulling Oakland's own Marshawn Lynch out of retirement and taking care of Derek Carr's contract nice and early," wrote Sporting News. "No one will ever know if the Raiders could have taken the Patriots down in the playoffs last year, because Carr got hurt. It's safe to wonder if they can do it now."
The Raiders general manager rose nine positions after previously holding the No. 13 spot in 2016.
