Woodson Enjoying First Trip to UK

**

Q: What's this week like for you? Do you get to see the sights or is it all business for you?**

Woodson: "For the most part, it's business. We'll get out a little bit later on today, maybe go out and have a little dinner somewhere, so we'll see."

Q: You had some strong words to say about the play of this Oakland Raiders team. What you saw from them on Sunday against the Patriots - did that encourage you?

Woodson: "We played better. We had a much better effort put forth, especially over the game before that. So this week we're looking at try to build on that and come up with our first win."

Q: There's been a lot of talk about the starting quarterback for the Dolphins, Ryan Tannehill. Is this an opportunity for you and the rest of the Raiders defense to make a statement on Sunday?

Woodson: "I mean, every time we step on the field, we feel like it's an opportunity to make a statement. We can't worry about their quarterback, who's going to be in, who's going to be out, we just have to go out and execute what we can execute and if we do that, we'll come up with the win."

Q: How far away do you think you are as a team from turning the corner? You came into the season with high expectations…

Woodson: "Yeah, we did. We're still expecting a lot of big things out of our team even though we've gotten off to a very slow start at 0-3. Last week was something that we can build on. We plan on doing that going forward and getting better as a unit."

Q: Are you in a must-win situation here?

Woodson: "Every game is a must-win, so yeah."

Q: Has Menelik Watson given you guys any thoughts on where to go?

Woodson: "He hasn't told me nothing. I'm out here blind. [laughter] I don't know what to do. I need a little help."

Q: What are your thoughts playing in an iconic stadium like Wembley on Sunday?

Woodson: "I'm looking forward to it. This is our first time being able to represent the NFL over here in London and represent the Oakland Raiders, so it's going to be a lot of fun. I'm eager to get out there on Sunday and just walk around in that stadium and see what it's all about."
