Biography
Collier joined the Raiders' practice squad in Week 12 after originally signing with the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent. He was named an AFCA Division First Team All-American in his final collegiate season at Lock Haven in 2023, where he recorded 1,393 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns in addition to 22 receptions for 238 yards and three scores.
