The NFL Draft will kick off in prime time (East Coast) for just the second time in its history. The first round of the 2011 NFL Draft will start today at 5:00 p.m. PT, with the second and third rounds tomorrow starting at 3:00 p.m. PT, followed by Rounds 4-7 Saturday starting at 9 a.m. PT.
The Oakland Raiders currently hold the 16th pick in the 2nd round (48th overall) as their first selection in the 2011 Draft. Pro Football Hall of Fame cornerback and Raiders Director of Squad Development Willie Brown will announce the pick.
The Draft will feature 254 selections over the course of three days. A record 25 prospects have accepted invitations to attend the Draft in New York.
