Each week leading up to the NFL Draft, Raiders.com will compile the latest mock drafts from top analysts and take a look at who they're predicting the Silver and Black will select with the No. 6 overall pick.
The draft is just one month away! Take a look at who analysts have the Raiders selecting.
Pick: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Analysis: "New Raiders head coach Pete Carroll wants to punish opponents with a physical running game sparked by a dynamic back."
Date: March 25
Pick: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Analysis: "The Raiders could use another receiver, some offensive line reinforcements and a dynamic running back. I'm going with the last option. Landing Jeanty would set the tempo for Las Vegas under Pete Carroll. Jeanty doesn't have the physicality of Marshawn Lynch (who starred under Carroll in Seattle), but he has the skills to be more impactful as an overall NFL player."
Date: March 25
Pick: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Analysis: "Jeanty's vision and elusiveness in a 5-9 package have evaluators talking about a home run talent. The Raiders need too much help elsewhere for a borderline luxury pick. If Pete Carroll's voice is the loudest in the Vegas war room, running back is the call rather than a front-seven defender."
Date: March 24
Pick: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Analysis: "The Raiders had one of the worst rushing attacks in recent memory last season, needing a clear boost of talent at running back. Jeanty would be an immediate upgrade with the ability to be a long-term solution at the position as well. With Geno Smith in the fold at quarterback for the next few seasons, a running back becomes a more defensible pick this high, and Jeanty's talent shouldn't be questioned."
Date: March 24
Pick: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Analysis: "This is too high for a running back in my mind, but Jeanty would be a nice addition to their offense. It would make sense for the Raiders, even if it's something I wouldn't do. They have to get a chain-mover. Jeanty is the best of this class, but there are a lot of backs who will be good that teams can get later."
Date: March 24
Pick: Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
Analysis: "McMillan has All-Pro potential because of his length, athleticism and football intelligence. He's a smooth criminal of a receiver who was the focal point of Arizona's offense. He is a unique talent who deserves to be considered in the top 10 of the 2025 NFL Draft."
Date: March 24
Pick: Mason Graham, DL, Michigan
Analysis: "Adding the wrecking ball that is Mason Graham to the Raiders defense would give them a loaded front four."
Date: March 24
Pick: Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
Analysis: "This might be early for McMillan, who could have a fairly wide range of outcomes in the first round given questions about his long speed. But if the Raiders don't feel comfortable leaving Geno Smith to throw to Brock Bowers and a ragtag receiving corps, McMillan might not have to wait as long on draft day as some envision."
Date: March 24
Pick: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Analysis: "It's no secret new Raiders head coach Pete Carroll wants to run the ball. Jeanty will likely pound the rock 20-25 times a game without hesitation, running through contact and exploding for big gains in the open field."
Date: March 21
Pick: Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
Analysis: "Ashton Jeanty has been a popular pick for the Raiders here, and I get it, but have you seen this team's WR corps? Yes, you want to complement Geno Smith with a run game, but the man needs somebody to throw the ball to off all those play-action fakes you're dreaming of."
Date: March 21
Pick: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Analysis: "Now that the Raiders have Geno Smith at quarterback, addressing a rushing attack that averaged an NFL-worst 3.6 yards per carry would seem to be the next logical step. Sure, this year's running back class is deep enough to find a quality starting candidate later, but Jeanty is special – and nothing about the Raiders' moves this offseason suggests they're in the mood for patience."
Date: March 21
Pick: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Analysis: "If head coach Pete Carroll and offensive coordinator Chip Kelly want to make the ground game their offensive identity, Jeanty could be their guy. While analytically-minded front offices might hesitate to spend the sixth overall pick on a running back, Jeanty's big-play ability suggests he could be worth it. If Travis Hunter is still on the board here (which is possible, if two quarterbacks are gone), first-year GM John Spytek will have a fascinating decision to make."
Date: March 20
Pick: Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
Analysis: "Las Vegas traded for Geno Smith. To me, that suggests it wants to be competitive right now, which would suggest it is not using draft capital to trade up for Cam Ward. However, it could be similar to last year when Atlanta signed Kirk Cousins, then drafted Michael Penix Jr. The Raiders may not believe they will be in a position to draft this high again for awhile and therefore take their swing on a quarterback of the future."

OL Tyler Booker - Alabama

OT Will Campbell - LSU

DL Mason Graham - Michigan

WR Travis Hunter - Colorado

RB Ashton Jeanty - Boise State

CB Will Johnson - Michigan

WR Tetairoa McMillan - Arizona

QB Shedeur Sanders - Colorado

QB Cam Ward - Miami
Pick: Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
Analysis: "Tetairoa McMillan ran around a 4.55 40-yard dash at a private workout on Monday, which matches what you see on tape. He is a big, physical receiver who can create separation with his route running. The Raiders need an X-receiver to pair with Brock Bowers and Jakobi Meyers, and McMillan would be the perfect fit."
Date: March 20
Pick: Mason Graham, DT, Michigan
Analysis: "Trading for quarterback Geno Smith allowed the Raiders to adopt a strict best-player-available approach here, and they couldn't lose as they identified six Tier 1 studs. It came down to running back Ashton Jeanty or Graham, and the Raiders went with another disruptor up front, as they emulate the Eagles' Super Bowl-winning approach. Graham has a great first step, leverage, violence and a persistent motor and can also hold his own against the run. It will be like having two Christian Wilkins side by side and the Raiders can draft a starting RB in the second or third round."
Date: March 20
Pick: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Analysis: "With Jeanty in the mix, the Raiders are much more dangerous on paper now than they were a year ago."
Date: March 19
Pick: Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
Analysis: "Big-bodied receiver Tetairoa McMillan is an easy choice, and pairing his ball-winning skills with tight end Brock Bowers's versatility will make for a high-ceiling 1-2 punch in the passing game."
