CAREER: Played in 49 games from 2006-2010, starting 10 ... Started seven games during senior campaign at tight end ... Played as a true freshman in 2006 on special teams ... Finished career with 10 receptions for 60 yards ... Recorded five kickoff returns for 104 yards in 2007 ... Averaged 20.8 yards per return ... Named the 2010 Nick Chickillo Most Improved Player.

2010 (SENIOR): Started seven games at tight end ... Played in 12 contests ... Had six catches for 30 yards ... Caught two passes at Pittsburgh for a total of 11 yards ... Had one catch at Clemson for five yards ... Had one reception at Duke (9 yards), against North Carolina (1 yard) and in the Sun Bowl versus Notre Dame for four yards ... Averaged 5.0 yards per game ... Was named the 2010 Nick Chickillo Most Improved Player at the team's annual awards banquet on December 12.

2009 (SENIOR): Played in season opener against Florida State before suffering an injury ... Sat out remainder of the season before earning a medical hardship after season concluded. Experienced tight end who played in all 12 games in 2008 ... Good blocker who also plays on special teams ... Saw extensive time as the starter at tight end this past spring ... Has good speed which allowed him to get some reps as a returner in 2007.

2008 (JUNIOR): Played in 12 games ... Caught three passes for 24 yards ... Played on special teams in all 12 games ... Had a career-long 15-yard reception at Georgia Tech ... Had two receptions for nine yards against North Carolina.

2007 (SOPHOMORE): Played in all 12 games, starting once ... Caught one pass for eight yards ... Returned kickoffs for the first two games, with five returns for 104 yards (20.8-yard average) ... Played on special teams against Marshall, Oklahoma, FIU, Texas A&M, North Carolina, Duke and Boston College ... Lone reception for eight yards came in Marshall game when he also returned one kickoff for 27 yards ... Returned four kickoffs for 77 yards (25 long) against Oklahoma ... Made his first career start against Georgia Tech and started in a two-tight end formation at Florida State and against Virginia.

2006 (FRESHMAN): True freshman who played in 12 of 13 games ... Saw most of his action on special teams and was a regular there all 12 games ... Saw action as a reserve tight end in the second half of the Florida A&M game ... Moved to defensive line during the bye week before the Houston game ... Played three downs at defensive tackle on the final series of the FIU game ... Did not play against Virginia Tech, his only missed game of the season.

HIGH SCHOOL: As a senior in 2004, played in just five games ... On defense, made 35 tackles, one fumble recovery and one sack and played receiver on offense, scoring two touchdowns ... Selected to play in the CaliFlorida Bowl ... As a junior, played mostly tight end ... Also competed in basketball and track (4x100 relay) ... In 2006 was ranked the No. 6 prep school recruit by Rivals.com ... In 2005 was rated the No. 20 overall prospect in Florida regardless of position by Rivals.com and the No. 15 defensive end by Scout.com ... Also ranked as the No. 4 prospect in Dade County by the Miami Herald, the No. 56 overall prospect by the Orlando Sentinel, the No. 16 overall prospect by the Tampa Tribune, and the No. 4 defensive end prospect in the South by the *Atlanta Journal-Constitution *...
