Just when you thought the Oakland Raiders were taking their foot off the gas in free agency, the team has done the exact opposite. Aside from the actual start of the league year– Wednesday of last week – the Silver and Black has been persistent in their search to upgrade the team's roster going into the 2018 campaign. Head Coach Jon Gruden and General Manager Reggie McKenzie have been active thus far, whether that's been signing new players, or making trades; the duo haven't let up.
To note a couple of their biggest moves so far, the team has added red zone threat Jordy Nelson to the receiving corps, added a quality linebacker in Tahir Whitehead to help defensive end Khalil Mack and Co., on defense, and traded dynamic playmaker Cordarrelle Patterson to the New England Patriots in exchange for a fifth-round draft pick.
The 2018 NFL Draft is still a month away, but the Raiders have shifted some picks around through trades, so let's take a look at the team's updated picks.
